1. RDP: fix Ctrl key not working with unicode keyboard on macOS (introduced in build 1139)

1. RDP: fix issue with different keyboard layouts when Ctrl + C/Q/Z/S are not converted to Windows + C/Q/Z/S on macOS
2. SSH: set up environment variable with new envVars parameter: url += “&envVars=” + encodeURIComponent(“NAME1=11\nNAME2=22”)
3. SSH: support copyToLocal and copyToRemote parameters (same as RDP)
